Shipping by Courier:

DHL Courier Shipping:

We ship most of our orders through DHL courier. DHL is a fast, safe, reliable courier service for worldwide shipping. DHL typically takes 4 to 5 days for shipment delivery. DHL offers full online tracking. We provide track numbers to our customers when we dispatch the order.

FedEx Courier Shipping:

FedEx is also a safe, fast, and reliable courier service. FedEx takes 5 to 6 days for delivery at your address. Full online tracking available.

Airport Delivery/ Air Cargo Delivery:

Air Cargo is the preferred shipping method for large Shipments. Shipments are shipped from our factory to your nearest international airport. You (or your shipping agent) must go to the airport to collect the shipment and clear your country’s customs requirements.

Seaport Delivery:

This shipping method is preferred by distributors/resellers who buy products in Bulk. The shipping cost is almost 70% lower than the air cargo. Customers must make arrangements to collect the harp shipment from the destination seaport. Seaport Delivery is safe, secure, and reliable but has no online tracking and takes about 25-40 days for delivery. Many port charges are standard regardless of the volume of the shipment.

Customs & Import Duties/ Taxes:

When you place an order by email, we will provide a Pro-forma invoice for reconfirmation. With all orders, we quote shipping only, not including customs clearance, local transport (for airport/seaport deliveries), duties or taxes. We charge our actual shipping costs, including crating, document handling, and cartage. The customers arrange their customs clearance and local delivery and pay applicable taxes and fees at release.
